Depends on the type of accommodation you are looking for. There's good hotels from US10 do US 300 per day.I always stay at the Shanti Lodge. Have a word with Kim which is the lovely owner of the place. Google for their website.cheers, mate.

They will not check your return ticket when you get there.Once you are there you can go to the tourist dept and ask for a visa extension or simply do a "visa run" which is a daytrip to Myamar and get another stamp on return.Enjoy your trip.

I was wondering if someone could help me. My girlfriend and I are going in november, we plan to stay three months. We're both Canadian, so we get a 30 day stay, but if our plane tickets for departure are three monthes away, will they let us stay? I planned to do a visa run, plus we want to check out vietnam. How can I get around this?
