I know. I work at the hospital too as a RD and I never see shamans do the entire ceremony there. No fire seen either.

i NEVER SEEN SHAMAN AT THE HOSPITAL DOING THE CULTURE THING.O M G.IF THEY WERE GANNA MAKE A EPISODE LIKE THAT ABOUT THE HMONG CULTURE THEN THEY SHOULD DO IT RIGHT AND NOT JUST DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO FINISH THE EPISODE.THIS IS MY OPINION ^^

Actually, Hmong people do. My family are all Animism Shamanism Believers and we ALWAYS do the Healing Ritual before anything else.

I have to comment on this since my father is a Shaman. Spirit and body are two different things. Shaman heals the spirit which helps the body , but this does not always necessary fix it. Doctor are the best at what they do, and that is fixing and healing the body. My father has gone through heart attack, ulser, etc... and at the end it always end up with the doctor fixing or healing him. In the end, let then Shaman do their job and let the Doctor do theirs too. |
