Thailand National Anthem
A unified Thai kingdom was established in the mid-14th century. Known as Siam until 1939, Thailand is the only Southeast Asian country never to have been taken over by a European power. A bloodless revolution in 1932 led to a constitutional monarchy. In alliance with Japan during World War II, Thailand became a US ally following the conflict. Thailand is currently facing separatist violence in its southern ethnic Malay-Muslim provinces.Capital: name: Bangkok geographic coordinates: 13 45 N, 100 31 E time difference: UTC+7 (12 hours ahead of Washington, DC during Standard Time) Administrative divisions: 76 provinces (changwat, singular and plural); Amnat Charoen, Ang Thong, Buriram, Chachoengsao, Chai Nat, Chaiyaphum, Chanthaburi, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Chon Buri, Chumphon, Kalasin, Kamphaeng Phet, Kanchanaburi, Khon Kaen, Krabi, Krung Thep Mahanakhon (Bangkok), Lampang, Lamphun, Loei, Lop Buri, Mae Hong Son, Maha Sarakham, Mukdahan, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nan, Narathiwat, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Pattani, Phangnga, Phatthalung, Phayao, Phetchabun, Phetchaburi, Phichit, Phitsanulok, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phrae, Phuket, Prachin Buri, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ranong, Ratchaburi, Rayong, Roi Et, Sa Kaeo, Sakon Nakhon, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Sara Buri, Satun, Sing Buri, Sisaket, Songkhla, Sukhothai, Suphan Buri, Surat Thani, Surin, Tak, Trang, Trat, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Uthai Thani, Uttaradit, Yala, Yasothon https://www.cia.gov/library/pu lications/the-world-factbook/geos/th.html

I am Thai and I am proud. I think Thai people should be proud of their country.. they should, but they must. Thai people are not racists.. That's can I promise you.. we are not racist as you maybe is. Reason that we invade neighbours is because their land belonged to us for some year back. If you just follow what happen down there. SO don't be so sure you self. By the way I pretty agree with 1nedward. We have right reason to be proud of.. We have never been colonies by another country, it's huge

I think the Thai people have a right to be proud. Their country was the only country in that area of Asia that remained sovereign. All the other nations became colonies or puppets to European nations. I can also see why they would "invade" countries. There is a legacy of gorilla warfare in that region.

dude, I've been there 3 times. Let me show you some reasons why I think Thai people is not as good as their national athen:.They said they don't invade other countries, but Thailand invaded its neighbours, and they keep doing it..They are racists. Thai people consider themselves superior to people from other countries. Don't be so proud of yourself! because people don't like it.
